With three talented trainers, access to a number of fitness resources, and all the right equipment and knowledge to make our bootcamps brilliant, you may think that’s where the magic stops. However, there are a number of ways we stand out from other residential retreats…
How many bootcamps could you do overlooking the ocean? Our trainers utilise our fantastic coastal location to make their fitness programme as diverse as possible. Strength training on Hove Lawns, cardio on the beach, weights in the garden; there’s endless possibilities. We’ve also got access to our own boxing gym!
Uniquely, we can sleep up to 33 people in our large beach house, making for a fully residential retreat. In it’s other role, it serves as holiday accommodation for large groups, so you can rest assured that it’s comfortable, stylish, and very well equipped.
A good fitness bootcamp is supported by the right diet, which is why our bootcamps are fully catered. Not only do you not have to worry about meals and cooking, but you’ll also know you’re getting the right goodness from each and every plate of food.
We believe your bootcamp experience should have lasting results, which means education is key. Our trainers will be able to tell you how best to continue your fitness journey, with actionable tips and tricks to carry on at home or in the gym.
