Why catering is key at our Sussex weight loss bootcamp
Whilst fitness is the main focus of our bootcamps, this element isn’t worth much in the long run without the dietary guidance to support it. That’s why we put a particular emphasis on nutrition at our Sussex weight loss bootcamp.
In-house chefs cook in one of two well equipped kitchens, serving meals in either the dining room, or out on the terrace in good weather (overlooking the beach, no less!) This ensures you’re getting enough fruit and veg, as well as those all important carbs and protein when your body needs it most.
It’s not just your diet on the bootcamp itself that’s important to us – we want the results to last, which means education. All our trainers will be able to offer sound advice on the best foods to support your fitness routine beyond the bootcamp.
