WHAT ARE BOOTCAMPS?

Beach House Bootcamp run residential fitness courses that combine high energy workouts with a range of fun activities, and the opportunity to meet new people. We strive to go beyond the fitness routine by educating and empowering you, making the impact of your stay with us go much further. Each day is different, and scheduled to take into account all fitness abilities, making Beach House Bootcamp ideal whatever your goals.

 

Beach House Bootcamp is unique in that we take advantage of our location, utilising the beach, Hove Lawns, the Sussex countryside, our own boxing gym, and the beautiful garden of the Beach House itself.  

 

All the planning throughout your stay is done by our team, so you can spend your time focused on your progress and growth. We’ve thought of everything to ensure you get the most from your retreat, and leave feeling the most ‘you’ you’ve ever felt!

 

A typical day might include boxing, circuits, hiking, team games with use of the grounds and surrounding areas, including the beach and our own boxing gym a short walk from the house. The course will also enable recruits to sample and benefit from other experiences which may include tennis, kayaking, surfing (or stand up paddle) and a cycle taking in all the sites Brighton & Hove have to offer.

Our highly effective programmes are designed for weight loss and muscle definition, with each week packed with fun and energising activities. Reach your weight loss and fitness goals and benefit from the education our team can provide in order continue a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Bootcamps can be attended in pairs, mixed groups, as a ladies only party, or as individuals. Whoever you come with, you can be sure of a fun and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on health, fitness and nutrition. You'll get plenty of opportunity to relax and socialise with your fellow bootcampers.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

We don't stop at fitness when it comes to Beach House Bootcamp; we focus on nutrition, education, and wellbeing too. This includes having a chef on hand to whip up fresh and tasty meals and snacks, and dedicated time to learn and understand more about how our bodies can be at their healthiest. We also have access to in-house therapists offering massage and beauty treatments, to make you feel properly pampered! 

WOMEN ONLY BOOTCAMPS

Whether you're a hen party wanting to shape up for a wedding, a group of friends who fancy a girls getaway with a difference, or a female who just wants to challenge herself, we offer women only bootcamps as well as mixed groups, jam packed with girl power. 

We offer support and encouragement to each lady, taking into account their abilities and their goals, in order for everyone to get the most from the experience. Shedding baby weight,
